The former grandeur of Domaine Rennepont is preserved in this domain, which surfaced in writings as early as 1706. Built as a monastery farm under the reign of the Abbey of Clairvaux, it quickly expanded and was used by several noble families, the ‘Seigneurs et Marquis de Rennepont’.
The domain, with her 300 year old infrastructure and idyllic surroundings is a perfect wedding location.
The romance of the old walls, the security of the walled garden, the old barns and nearby village church make it a unique place. Then we have not even mentioned the abundance of champagne that can be found in the region. Long tables with lights on sticks, camp fire, stars on a clear sky, peace in a tranquil landscape, you’ll find it here. Next to the accommodation for 20 people in the main building, campers and tents could occupy the garden. Cooperating with B&B’s and hotels in the area, we can host as much as 80 or 100 people. Having the experience of the first wedding, we would love to work with you on the planning. You decide how far our influence goes. Anything is possible!
The domain has a fully renovated sheepfold (Bergerie) of 120 m² as event space. The oak beam roof and original cobblestones on the floor give it the original French feel. The authentic atmosphere is emphasized using old elements like bed structures, feeder boxes, ladders, old windows and oak beams. Perfect for marriages, reunions and birthday parties.
A modular light and sound system accentuates the warm character of this barn, that holds a beautiful wooden roof structure. A separate space for catering and sanitary complete the facilities.
The large barn (la Grange) is a unique building, the impressive roof spans 400 m² without any pillars. The space can be used as a car park or concert hall.
Next to these building, Domaine Rennepont holds two classic rooms in the main building. With good weather, it’s perfectly possible to use the terraces and outdoor areas for your event.

We would love to help you organize and plan your event. For example sorting out catering, personnel, decoration and coordination. We could even help setting up an entertainment program in the region.
