- 7,400 sq. ft. of Lobby and Main Ballroom and 2,100 sq. ft for the upstairs Terrace
- Ballroom rates based on 4 hours rental*
- Main ballroom with banquet seating for 325, theatre seating for 450
- We provide chaffers, tea urns, trash liners, take the trash out at the end of the evening and do any mopping and vacuuming of the Grand Hall or Terrace, plus attendants for the entire evening.**
- Unique upstairs Terrace (Indoor space with expansive view) that can accommodate 85 guests, great for rehearsal dinner's, bridal showers and more
- Outdoor plaza that can accommodate up to 350 guests

*Hours can be extended for an additional $75 per hour during normal hours, and $250.00 per hour from 12 midnight to 1am.
**For these services, as well as kitchen usage, we charge a 10% catering fee added to the final bill, based on food portion only.
