Most people will spend a lot of time planning for their wedding, whether you plan to have 20 people in attendance or 500. There are a lot of little details and things to coordinate; it's a lot of work! And even if you plan the perfect day, do you have someone who will be on-site to make sure your day goes as planned?
Event Planning
We can help you from the start; we can meet to discuss your vision, and then we can assist you in finding the location, vendors, and all the other little services that will not only fit your budget but also make your vision a reality. We can also provide you with checklists, deadlines, and ways to keep track of things like invitees, gifts received, etc.
Event Management
Maybe you already have everything planned and under control, but who will be making sure everything is implemented the way it's been planned? Let's face it, most couples do not want be dealing with vendors and putting out fires while in their wedding attire! Many locations will include that as part of their service, but in reality it usually only includes what they have control over on the day of your wedding.
We can take everything that you have carefully planned out and act as your personal Event Manager on the day of your wedding. We will meet with you beforehand so you can provide us with all the important details, after which we will develop a contact list, schedule and checklist. We will be on-site the day of your wedding/reception from start to finish, making sure that everyone shows up when & where they need to, and that what you had planned is what you actually receive. We will work with the vendors to make sure that everyone is on schedule and there are no issues. Meanwhile you can just focus on the most important part of the day: Getting married and celebrating!
