Flash Mob Production
Complete production from concept to execution.
$15,000 + travel and accommodation.
This service includes 100 flash mob participants who will dance and/or perform at a specified time and place for up to 10 minutes. You create the backdrop and we fill the stage. Whatever you conceive we will achieve. Major flash mobs requiring over 100 participants carry a surcharge of an additional $125 per flash mob participant. Time needed to devise your flash mob will be no less than 60 days.
Major Event Planning
200 Hours plus up to 4 Days of Direction.
$7,500 + travel and accommodation.
For festivals, complex weddings and strategic corporate events we offer a complete package dedicated to your function. No event is too foreboding. We are able to assist with a full team dedicated to your project. No limit on attendees. We assist with full vendor procurement, budget analysis, security and travel accommodations for your guests. Events which require licenses, insurance and ticket sales will carry a surcharge of $1 per ticketed attendee. Our experience includes development and administration of The Clearwater Film & Music Festivals, trade show participation and multiple weddings. This package includes up to 200 hours of planning and administration and 4 full days of direction. We look forward to producing your event.
Destination Wedding / Complete Event Planning
100 Hours plus Day of Direction.
$3,200 + travel and accommodation.
Going somewhere? We can help you with that. As an experienced world traveler, Michael will assist you as a travel agent would and also help you book every one of your needs at your destination. We will assist with meetings via Skype or conference call or even travel with you to secure your choices. This service includes up to 100 escorted meeting hours with vendors, unlimited phone calls and emails and a full day of direction for your event.
Wedding / Complete Event Planning
80 Hours plus Day of Direction.
$1,600.
To bring your special event to life we analyze your concept and budget to create a strategic game plan. Then we make it happen. We assist in shopping for everything from the venue and menu down to the smallest details. We attend and mediate all vendor meetings for up to 80 hours prior to your event. We always answer unlimited phone calls and emails. We will also be there to coordinate your event on the big day.
Wedding / Event Partial Planning
40 Hours plus Day of Direction.
$1,000.
In addition to meeting the vendors you have already contracted we go the extra mile in helping you shop for the vendors you don't have with the greatest quality at the fairest rates. We attend and mediate all vendor meetings for up to 40 hours prior to your event. We always answer unlimited phone calls and emails. We will also be there to coordinate your event on the big day.
Wedding Day of Direction
All day.
$500.
Your wedding can be the most wonderful day of your life, or the most stressful one. We meet with all of your vendors prior to the event and provide them a solid timeline. At the event we supervise all staff and guests and keep your event running on time. We also provide a list of preferred vendors for those couples who prefer to shop independently.
