Practicaps Weddings is the family business of David Rich, the only Licentiate of the National Photographic Society in the Macarthur District (Western Sydney, Australia) and WeddingsNSW’s most awarded wedding photographer of the last 5 years winning more Bride of the Month awards than any other photographer.
A Sydney boy, born and bred, he's been taking photos of his home town since the 1950s. If it wasn’t for a real love of photographing people in general, and weddings in particular, David would probably have retired - but the joy of a wedding day is infectious, and he says it is what keeps him young.
David has been happily married to his partner and best critic, Jean, for over a quarter of a century. They have six kids and eight grand kids.

He has a Diploma in Professional Photography, and Degrees and Post-Graduate qualifications from the University of Technology (Sydney), the University of Western Sydney, and the University of New England.
