My Daughter Vicki Harrell and I are Marriage Commissioners and Interfaith Ministers authorized to perform weddings of all kinds throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are traveling officiants, coming to your chosen location whether it is a chapel on a military base, a beautiful beach, a historical museum, or even our own homes.
We work with you to create the perfect custom ceremony that reflects who you are, your beliefs, and what you wish to express to each other in your wedding. We would be honored to meet with you and discuss your vision for your wedding.
