Strings on Fire always deliver the highest quality musical performance… with a difference. From Bach & Vivaldi to contemporary Tango, rock & movie themes, their
professional arrangements, fantastic backing tracks and virtuosic solos have added excitement and edge to events the world over.
Inspired violin playing is combined seamlessly with acrobatics, Tango dancing, fire manipulation and ludicrous circus stunts… often at the same time, and all without missing a beat!
Strings on Fire’s feature show - “Liqueur Flambé” - performs regularly for corporate events, after dinner entertainment, private parties & wedding receptions.
This show offers a truly unique and engaging entertainment experience.
Features of the show include:
• Dramatic violin duel with violin bows on fire
• Acrobalance/Adagio whilst playing violins in choreographed routines
• Tango whilst playing on one violin with 2 bows as a choreographed sequence
• Balancing stunts involving axe, rose – sometimes whilst playing violin
• Fire juggling, fire eating, balancing an axe on the chin while juggling knives
• Fire poi & violin choreographed routines
• Specially created stunts – rola-bola/violin/rose balance, sword to knife-tip balance, Hula-Fiddle routine and more!
• Two High Finale – The Most Dangerous Violin Duet in the World – both performers play a duet with Mare standing on Nellie’s shoulders in her high heels!
• All presented with comedy and humour

Entertainment for guest arrival is also available when the duo perform a feature show. Options include:
• Classical Violin Duets - light background music - your guests will think they are a “normal” classical duo, making the feature show even more of a surprise!
• Female Strolling Violinist - playing well-loved classics, rock, pop & jazz tunes.
• Fire juggler
• 2 x Fire performers - various forms of fire manipulation
• Male Circus Artist - juggling, object balancing, handstands
• Combination of these options
Club–style Entertainment
Strings on Fire also love making a special appearance later in the evening, when guests are on the dance floor. Electric violin and / or fire performance take the evening to another level.
