BC Wedding Awards chose us as Finalist in the Best Wedding Cakes in BC...that's second place out of the entire Province of BC!
We use only local, organic ingredients in our scratch made custom cakes. We also have a 500 sq. ft garden where we grow all of the amazing berries that we use in our cakes- this way we can control what chemicals are being used, and the calibre of ingredients that are going into the wedding or celebration cake of your dreams!
Whisk Cake Company is owned and operated by Tanya Garratt, a Red Seal Chef, and Culinary Institute of America Trained Cake Designer.
