Each dress is handled with care to protect the style and trim. We are not an "assembly line cleaners", each gown is cleaned individually.
When we preserve, your gown is cushioned with special acid-free tissue to help retain the soft flow of the gown. It is then placed in our trademarked MuseumCare acid-free storage chest. White gloves and written instuctions are included for your use in the future when handling your gown to protect the integrity of the preservation.
