Recently relocated inside the Westwood Market, Wooster Floral is your neighborhood friendly florist where you can shop the market or our gift shop as we create your special design or just grab and go from our freshly stocked cooler. My name is Katrina Heimberger and I am the owner. Who am I? Well, to be honest, I never thought I would be a Floral Designer let alone an owner. But after the devasting loss of my first born son, Nicholas in 1997, I no longer felt content at my job as a Certified Dietary Manager. I then took a part-time job in my sister-in-laws flower shop. It was there that my love for flowers blossomed...pardon the pun. As my designing skills developed my heart was lightened. The creative aspect, the scent and feel of natures beauty in my hands and creating beautiful designs was very therapeutic. In 2002 my daughter, Allison was born. I enjoyed 5 wonderful years at home with her and then continued designing with my sister-in-law. In 2011, I began working at Wooster Floral. After 2 years there I was promoted to Manager and 2 years after that purchased the business.
Here at Wooster Floral we believe that flowers speak more than words for all life's celebrations. We are a full service flower shop and Wedding/Event Design Team and rent Tuxedos and Suits. From," It's a Boy", to birthdays, to get well, prom, graduation, to "I love You", and "I do" and even farewell, we are here for you. Saying what your words sometimes can not, our arrangements are of fresh quality, value and distinction.
