 New Yorks newest, most spectacular event space located directly on New York Harbor, in Red Hook Brooklyn,

offering incredible views, fine cuisine, and service.

Our minimum guarantee is 145 people on Saturdays, and we are able to accommodate up to 500 people,

starting at $160/person. Averaging to $175.00pp. to $195.00pp.

Friday's, Sunday's and off season events are priced lower, minimums less as well.

We do not allow outside catering, other then kosher.
Additional charges are as follows:
20% administration charge (service fee)
$10.00pp. service package (includes valet parking, checkroom and washroom washroom attendants)
Onsite ceremony $1500.00 (includes white garden chairs)

Cake Fee $500.00

8.875% Tax
Discretionary gratuity
All Tables (round), chairs, Linens, China, Glassware and Flatware are included at no additional charge.
