Set on the edge of Downswood, The Orchard looks out onto open fields. When you pull into the ample car park, the 15th century oak rooms are the most obvious – when you enter inside it soon becomes apparent that there is a stylish snug bar and split level entertaining area which is perfect for those nervous grooms to wait in with their friends while they wait for the ceremony to begin.Whilst our design skills have given a slightly modern feel to the decor, some of the timbers are thought to date back to Viking times, maintaining a traditional cosy atmosphere. Each room has its very own bar along with cosy seating areas. As you enter into The Orchard Suite for your wedding breakfast you will be instantly taken aback by the beauty of the room, with its sparkly chandeliers, beautiful table centre pieces and decor this room is perfect for any style wedding. Seating for 100 guests we are one of the biggest venus for a sit down dinner in the area. Nestled in the heart of the Kentish countryside The Orchard Suite is an enchanting setting for the most memorable day of your life. Situated in Otham, The Orchard Suite is surrounded by acres of picturesque landscape, combining rolling hills, woodland and romantic orchards: creating an exquisite scene for the perfect wedding.
